It's Christmas season, and for better or worse, that means Christmas music! Whether you love it or hate it, you can't get around it. May as well make the best of it, right?

 I've compiled a list of "alternative" Christmas music, including albums like "Christmas Goes Punk" and Italian Christmas.

With nearly 500 songs, it's got something for just about everyone! Especially if you get tired of hearing the same old songs every single year - I know I do!

I recently came across some of the music from The Princess Diaries, and I got a pang of nostalgia. I loved Super Girl by Krystal Harris - who didn't?!  For anyone around my age, that movie and that song were a highlight of our youth.

So, I thought I'd share it today.  For those who know it, I hope it hits you with the same wonderful pang of nostalgia.  For those who are new to Super Girl, well, you're welcome ;)

Favorite Songs?

Hiya, hope you're all doing well :)

So, browsing around different Spotify playlists today got me thinking about peoples' favorite songs.  Everyone is so different, it's amazing!! I love discussing music with people, and learning about new bands and artists.  So, I thought "Blog Post Idea!!" What are some of your favorite songs?  Favorite bands?  Favorite genres?  Do you listen to Spotify, Pandora, YouTube, or something else? I'm so curious, it almost makes me giggle!  Let me know your faves below!

Ok, question time!! I'm super curious, and just have to ask: what is your favorite kind of music??

I love everything, truly. I used to say I like everything but rap, because that was the only area of music I couldn't get into. I've found it inspiring the last few years though, so now I'm an all around music lover!!

Rock, Alternative, Classics, R&B, Rap, Country, Hip Hop, Dance, House Music, Techno, Disco (yes, that stuff), Kids, Christian, Reggae, Indie, Punk, Pop, Screamo, Metal, Inspirational, Operatic...seriously, everything!! Even music from other countries, in other languages - I don't have to understand the words, to understand and connect to a song. I love it all, and everything has it's place. I need it all.
